APPOINTMENTS

• Cancellations

All cancellations must be made at least 24hours prior to your appointment to ensure enough time for it to be filled. Any cancellations outside of this time frame may result in cancellation fee.

This fee will need to be paid before any future appointment can be made.

• No Shows

If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee and pay a 50% deposit for future appointments before you can book any other appointments.

• Same day appointments

All appointment made on the same day may encounter some delay (due to any unforeseen circumstances). The priority is always given to the customers who have made the booking prior. If in hurry or have time constraint, please advise the salon and ​the salon will try to work out a solution that works for both the parties.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

PAPER Gift vouchers can be purchased in-store or E-Gift vouchers can be purchased online via our website https://www.plusvoguenails.com.au/egift-voucher

All gift vouchers must be presented at the time of treatment. 

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other deal

• Non-refundable and non-exchangeable

• Prices and values are in $AUD

• Not redeemable or transferable if lost or stolen

• All gift vouchers will be considered null and void after their expiry date.

SERVICE

• Refills over the recommended 2-3 week period where there is significant regrowth will incur an additional $10.00 to cover extra product and time. The technician will confirm this before the service starts.

• Nail services done using Acrylic, Dipping powder and Gel/ Shellac polish have 10 days warranty from the day of the initial nail treatment. That means, we will fix any issues related to our service and/or product. Customer will need to provide proof of purchase of initial nail treatment. After the 10 days warranty is finished, there is a $5 fixing cost.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Extra length for nail extensions will be surcharged. Our staffs might inform you the price before service.

• Refunds and credit are not provided for change of mind.

 

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We value customer feedback (both positive and negative). If customer is unhappy with service please let the manager know of any issue related to the service before you exit the shop.
